Shannon Oliver is a junior at Christopher Newport University. Born in San Diego, CA on June 23, 1988, Shannon has spent most of her life in Virginia Beach, VA. She was crowned Miss Virginia Beach 2008 and was a Top 11 semi-finalist at the Miss Virginia 2008 pageant.
